Tony inherited a couple of projects that were particularly difficult, involving several stakeholders and managed to close out the projects successfully for all the involved parties. He developed excellent relationships with Ecoworld staff, clients and sub-contractors and his experience and people skills were invaluable not to mention his drive and determination. When the Two Bridges & Acton Lodge projects were completed, he went to work on Aberfeldy Village to assist in the closing out of the project. The skills mentioned previously ensured Tony was quickly established as a vital part of the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony for any PM role in an organisation, he is well versed in all areas, driven and achieves all project goals. Were it not for the fact that we were changing the approach to delivery across the business, I would have welcomed Tonys continued involvement and support within the organisation. He is very personable, determined and very professional, he promotes a good working culture within his team and encourages loyalty and persistence. His commitment was extraordinary given his personal situation through most of his time at Ecoworld. Both personally and as a business we are very thankful for his commitment, and I believe any company would benefit by having Tony as project manager.
